I'm not aware of any limit on the number of payment links. The only limit that I can found is the payment amount (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-links?pricing-model=customer-chooses#create-link).

@terse nexus How to delete the links? In dashboard I am seeing only deactivate button but not the delete button.

There's no way to delete a payment link, you can only deactivate it
