My clients are using cards with no 3D Secure Banks (they are using prepaid cards). My clients made payments until verification and after verification all customers are getting this error "We are unable to authenticate your payment". Same client used same card on another stripe shop and it worked with no 3D Secure. Please help me to solve this issue, my customer don't have this 3D Secure ability (they don't even recieve it) i don't understand how it worked until verification and now doesn't work and on another shop it works. Please keep in contact with a stripe developer to solve this bug.

Are you seeing this only for prepaid cards? It does look like 3ds is optional for the example shared, but it fails.

i'm not sure, only the ones with prepaid complained about.
they said that the prepaids work on other shop but does not on mine

well, talked to a stripe support and they said it's because of the region, but @quartz veldt my friend is in the same region as me and it is working for him
the verification affected the system to make this error for customers

and on mcr's shop it doesn t work
i actually bought a prepaid to test that by myself
and it didnt work for me

we can get you a prepaid card to test on stripe
prepaid cards don't have 3d secure and it shouldn't fail

Ok i've reviewed @quartz veldt 's traffic over the last 24 hours and not seeing many examples of this. The example shared looks like the card did support 3ds and failed authentication. I would recommend reaching out to support if you have more example of this so that they can be investigated.

ok great - i've inspected as well and think the best course is to reach out to them while asking your customer to use another payment method
