How is this different than setting a future phase, exactly?
This is more or less what subscription schedules do
I'm unclear what your question means if not setting up a future phase for the schedule
The difference is there is a schedule made possibly made over 1 year ago and we want to stop the current phase (and payments related to the phase) in favor of a new phase in the future (e.g. in 10 days time)
Basically, can I have a 10 day gap between phases?
I understand setting up a schedule with a phase in the future with a new schedule & subscription but I am not sure if setting up a future phase and sort of 'cancelling' the current phase is possible to do.
I think instead you want to release the old schedule, then create a new one
a "gap" in phases doesnt really make much sense
the subscription continues as the current phase indicates until a new phase begins
so the current phase would just grow by ten days in your case, you'd start the new phase ten days from now
That makes way more sense, to prevent payments occurring for this 10 day period I can set final phase to a 0.00 plan.
Okay that puts my head straight for it... and yeah a trial would save making inline prices or some manual work to store a 'zero value' price.
Thanks synth appreciate it
