I would say, 13 days is a perfectly reasonable estimate for a change of framework, if you want everything to be nicely checked an tested. If you use any advanced features, this might even be too short.
It also depends on how many people will work on that.
All in all, I would recommend to trust your development team. This is intricate work, as you certainly don't want your payment integration to break. On the other hand, if you move to our official library, we will be able to properly support you here, if you run into any issues.
