Nope; all of my tests (except a single PI in live mode for sanity: pi_3MQHeHBkhAw02egF14aedNB2) have been done in test mode.

Though, while the reader was in live mode, the test card behaved the same way: just a beep.

Do you register the reader in test or live mode?

I've done both, but it's only been in live mode for one single test transaction. I only did that to demonstrate that the reader actually works.

99/100 tests have been done while the reader is registered in test mode.

Thanks for sharing. I have taken a look at your account in test mode and couldn't find much about chips can't be read. Can I suggest you to follow up with the Support email and let them know about replacement test card still doesn't work, so that they can escalate with relevant team?

We've been unable to find any activity in the logs when the card fails to read. The error only appears on the terminal.

I'm not surprised we've reached this conclusion; I'll follow-up in the email threads that I have going. Thanks.
