seabex-invoice-afterpayment

Hi

gloomy chasm
#

Hey @wooden thicket, this is not something we support today unfortunately

wooden thicket
#

ok, what about payment via wire transfer, not for an invoice generated in stripe

gloomy chasm
#

I don't really understand what you mean sorry. But if you have a payment successful in Stripe already, you can't create an Invoice for it after the fact that is linked to that payment

wooden thicket
#

In which case I can offer the possibility to pay via wire transfer

gloomy chasm
#

I am sorry, you're giving me really short and vague sentences

wooden thicket
#

yes, my question is is there a way to offer transfer payments for invoices not generated on stripe platform ?

gloomy chasm
#

But if the Invoice is not generated on Stripe, wouldn't they pay whatever provider you use? I am really sorry but I have no understanding of what you are trying to do at all 😦

ok let me try to explain, I am actually generating the transaction on my platform, the user choose the services he wants to buy and then proceed for the payment, I am using stripe for this

#

some customers don't have credit cards and would prefer to buy via wire transfer

#

I would manage this automatically instead of following such payments manaually and was thinking if stripe can help me do this

#

also I don't want to manage generating invoices after payment @ my platform but I understand that stripe can't help me with this

gloomy chasm
#

I am actually generating the transaction on my platform
but what does that even mean "generate a transaction"?

#

Stripe does accept many payment methods around the world. And that does include wire transfers from various countries

#

That's exactly what I linked you to above

wooden thicket
#

ok thanks will check the docs.

I'm happy to help, I'm just still not following what it seems you want. If all you want is to accept payments via wire transfers then yes we support it in multiple countries. The easiest is to create an Invoice, send it to your customer and then they can pay it via wire transfers (or many other payment methods, including cards)

Noted with thanks.
