Is there a way to get the request ID like this in your framework? https://stripe.com/docs/api/request_ids

Otherwise can you check your logs in your dashboard for this 500? https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs or https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs

Everything seems to be OK in the dashboard. But the error shows up when I try to setup the module in prestashop

Is the 500 error not coming from Stripe then?

I understand that it comes from Stripe, It says: StripeWebhook.php (line 83)

Webhook 500s would be if your server is returning a 500. Can you show me exactly where you are seeing this 500 and any error code you are seeing with it?

This seems to be a crash inside a webhook handler, why would there be a request id for this @timber fiber ?

@cinder kiln you're using the stripe connector for Prestashop and not modifying it right? If so you should talk to our support team instead really: https://support.stripe.com/contact
