Hi, I'm having a hard time understanding the ask here. Are you asking how a coupon is applied on a subscription with a destination charge? Or something else?

If I apply a discount coupon on a subscription, does the discount only apply to me or is it also subtracted from the balance of the recipient I added in the transfer_data?

It would apply to the entire subscription, after this, a transfer is made.

It would, the amount transferred is after the coupon is applied to the subscription.

Okay, I had asked in Stripe support and they told me that it is applied to me and the recipient of the transfer_data.
