Not sure I understand what you mean by preauth on the 7th day. Can you go in more detail?

Preauthorized holds on cards

I believe the set limit is 7 days, and if within the 7 days the card is not authorized

it goes back to the customer

I'm asking because our clients are hotels, some of their stays are 20 days
