So, I want my users to be able to make fiat to crypto transactions on our product. I found out this "Crypto Payouts (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/crypto-payouts)" in stripe which I would like to integrate. But I need API documentation for it.

Got it. I see this on this on the page you linked. So unless you have been given access, I don't think you can see the API documentation.
