What does "doesn't work" mean in this context? Just want to make sure nothing has changed since we chatted a few hours ago

just nothing happens. we found a workaround where it works using the 4 digit pin. but not face ID

It simply doesn't trigger face id when we invoke it

There is no crash or any error

Someone on my team thinks this is just impossible on an emulator and you'd need a real device

we're not 100% sure but confirming on a real device would help narrow things down at this point
