The merchant ID is that account ID as far as I can tell. If you're trying to make API calls for them, I'd recommend reading through this, as it outlines the process for how to do that: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication

Note: I don't think you'll have a public or secret API key for Custom Connect accounts
