I agree it would be easy if we have an endpoint for precalculation, but unfortunately we don't :/ You would need to calculate the amount yourself.

#

By payout fee, which fee specifically? Do you mean processing fee?

Yes that is what I mean. Actually the delta between what the user pays and what the connected account receives

#

Because I understood that it is dependant on tha regions and currencies of both the connected account and the user

#

One of our solution would be to apply a default calculation that handle the max processing fee possible

#

from different testing it seems that 2.9% + 30 cts should do the trick but i'm not 100% certain that it would cover all cases

I am not confident about all the cases (Support team would!) but yeah it sound reasonable. You can also do some reconciliation in end of month just in case.

what do you mean about reconciliation ?

thorny quiver
#

ie. if you over-charge them more than the actual processing fee, you can adjust some amount for next month

sharp flicker
#

oh right, that would be a solution

If it's only one region then the calculation would be fixed, but since you mentioned they could be worldwide..

well we'll figure out a workaround thank you for your time
