Hmm I am not familiar with Magtek Swiper. Is there a specific Doc you are following?

Sadly we are working on legacy code so I don't think it's following any single doc file; The data read from card via Magtek swiper is being sent to Magensa and they return us a Stripe token - I think if there is a possibility to accept adding a real card in test mode it would be helpful

Not possible AFAIK, unfortunately. You can ask Magtek support team to see if they have any option to use Stripe's test card like the 4242 one
