Actually I'm getting this on my stripe connect account dashboard -
"Your account's business owner information needs review
We couldn't verify the information provided about your business owner."

Looks like you need to provide proper information for the business owner, in order to activate the account

#

In Test mode if you just want to play around with the API, just ignore Payout. But when you want to activate Payout it means you need to register information properly

So, You are saying I can't test payout with stripe connect with test mode ..right ?
