You would likely need to talk with Checkify to ensure they are creating Checkout Sessions with klarna as one of the payment_method_types accepted: https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-payment_method_types
they tell me they accept klarna when linked to stripe.
but nothing more. I activated klarna normally on stripe via options.

they are tests carried out by checkify because I am currently using payments on shopify for this problem.
That's fine. In that case they should start with cs_test indicating they are made in Test mode

This is a Payment Intent made in Live mode
You may need to change your dashboard to Test mode to see the Checkout sessions
yes I tried some tests without connecting shopify directly from chekcify
To see those in your Stripe dashboard you will need to toggle it to Test mode

Also in Test mode you do not have Klarna activated
It is active in both settings.
And the Payment Intents being generated are set to use automatic payment methods. So unfortunately the next place to look would be what Stripe front-end products are being used and how they are created. Which I am guessing is what Checkify handles for you.

I would recommend you contact Checkify and get them to clearly identify exactly where Klarna needs to be activated in your account (or Connected Accounts) to ensure it is available as a payment method
