Unfortunately no. You would have to create a Standard Stripe account to be able to connect to multiple platforms

To clarify, if I created a standard stripe account I would have to get a new merchant account as well? The money would not go to the same place as it is with stripe express?

I have a stripe express account. I want to create invoices but that is only available with standard stripe. If i create a new standard stripe account can I connect it to my express account?

No. The platform that created your Express account is the only account that it can be connected to.
