Sorry can you provide some context here? Are you asking as a customer or as a developer building an integration?
I ask this as a customer, the idea is to be able to advise a user who had a problem, he has operations in his account that he does not recognize.
If you, a customer, want to dispute an unrecognized charge, you need to contact your bank to initiate that process
