I believe you are asking about Stripe Dashboard App. As my colleague earlier suggested,
if you go into the settings in the Stripe Dashboard app, you'll see a list of accounts that you're a member of - click on the notification bell in the upper right corner and you should be able to select which notifications you'd like to get
In addition to those you would want to make sure your push notifications are enabled
I don't think anyone on our team is super familiar with the dashboard app as such so there might be something that we missed. You can talk to our support about this as they might know a better way

I legitimately cannot find where the settings would be on that app. All the pages that I am able to view on that app is, "Home", "Payments", "Balances", "Customers", "Search", and "Account"

So on the Home page, you see an image on top left corner?
You click on that, which would list all the accounts you're a member of
then click the bell icon on the account tile
