HI 👋 if you're able to connect to the hotspot but not your home WiFi, then my first thought is that your home WiFi may be actively refusing the connection.

Have you tried checking your settings to ensure you don't have an explicit acceptlist based on mac address or something similar?

Hmm I connected to the ISPs router directly and seems to work. I have a wifi6 router feeding into the ISP router, and it doesnt like it for some reason, but I am at least connected now

I'd have to do more debugging on the wifi6 router, but, Ive never had problems connecting any devices, and we use this as the primary in our house

Glad to hear you were able to get it connected! Best of luck with the debugging regarding why your other network isn't allowing the reader to connect.
