this charge was refunded on 2022-12-27 00:01:03 did they check with their bank?

The guests said the card was compromised shortly after the payment was made. Bank supposed to automatically show the refund on the new card like all other transactions which has.

You think that this particular transaction was left on the old card?

We are 100% positive that the money were refunded and they did not bounce backk to us or stripe?
