Yes, so you are guaranteed on the amount that are already authorized.

How can we become eligeable for extended payment ?
There's a contact link in the page that I sent you earlier, you can contact Stripe support and request for Extended authorizations.
Again this is a feature for Stripe terminal, not online card payment.
what is the solution for online card payments ?
The auth window for online card payments is only 7 days. A workaround would be create a new authorization before releasing the old one.
