Hi there, Crypto payouts is in beta and it's only available to platforms in the US

I don't have any platform yet to integrate this but I'm exploring how can I do that from India for stripe test mode.
Is it possible to create account for US from India and test the integration

What's polygon testnet? I don't see this is something that Stripe supports
