Hi 👋

Stripe isn't really set up to handle accounting but we are adding features all the time. Can you describe what you had in mind?

we are building a online marketplace with buyers and sellers, and as part of the payment system we need ledger.

we could implement it but just looking to see if it's already provide from Stripe so we could just use that insteading writing our own

I don't think we have something like that but I would suggest you review the various Business operations we support here: https://stripe.com/docs/business

one more question. since we are using Stripe to take payment from buyer and make payout to seller, do we need our own ledger system at all? Our stripe account for the platform should have record of any money acctivities such as pay-in, refund or payout right?
