If you want to send money to users with Stripe, then you have to use Stripe Connect, and users will need to have a Stripe account.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Can you give more context on what you are trying to achieve?

Yes i'm sorry

For each of my user on my platform, i create a stripe account associated (customer account)

#

the user register a SEPA debit and they can purchase on my platform

#

but my users can also sell products

#

but i can't actually payouts them with their customer account type

Got it. Then yes they will have to enter their payment information for the payout, even if they already have a valid PaymentMethod to buy things.
