unfortunately it's not possible to transfer subscriptions from one customer to another

you'd have to cancel the existing one and create a new one

you can backdate the newly created subscription if that would help preserving the billing cycles

or add trial days

Ok thank you for confirming. Is there any way to retain invoice history from the old subscription to the new one?

the only way I could think of to do that, is basically adding a metadata with the old subscription id to the new one

and use that field to retrieve the invoices of the old subscription
