You can filter for all canceled Subs in the Dashboard, but when you say "user cancellations" do you mean when one of your customers explicitly asked you to cancel the Sub?
nah, just self-service cancellations through the customer portal. Is there a way of doing it programmatically for events past 30 days, or should we just do it manually for things beyond there?
No you can't receive Events past 30 days. Trying to think if there will be anything indicative on the Subscription object themselves for this scenario in which case you could list Subscriptions via the API
Do you have an example Sub that was canceled in this way?
ok, I think for those we will probably just try to do it manually then, there's not that much data left. Thank you!
