Hi there!
Can you clarify what you mean by "subscription should be renew before 7 days of subscription expire date"? Maybe can you give a concrete example?
ok let's assume that John is a netflix user and he had purchesed subscription for 1 year.
His subscription will expire on 15 Jan, 2023.
now we have to implement that John's subscription should be renew automatically before 7 days of it's expire time. means his subscription will renew on 9 Jan, 2023.
And also the expiry date should be remain same 15 Jan, 2023 if the selected plan is for 1 year.
That's not how Stripe subscription work. If John has a yearly subscription that ends on the 15 Jan 2023, then the subscription will automatically renew on 15 Jan 2023.
Achieving what you need should be possible, but it will be a bit tricky.
One possible option:
- on 9 Jan 2023, you manually create an invoice for John
- if John pays the invoice, then update the subscription with a free trial or a free price so that he doesn't have to pay twice.
