hi! I'm not really following exactly what you're looking to track/get data for.

The way it works is you use /v1/transfers to transfer funds from your platform Stripe account, to a connected (Express)account. That amount of funds sits in the balance of that account. It then gets paid out in a payout(created either manually by you calling /v1/payouts or automatically, depending on the account settings). What exact part are you trying to get information on?

If we do automatically on daily basis, how we can track that payout event?

There no webhook event trigger for payout.paid or payout.created on payout from Stripe(Express) account to their bank account.

it generates payout.created and payout.paid events on the connected account and you listen to those on your Connect webhook https://stripe.com/docs/connect/webhooks
