Stripe doesn't offer an API to retrieve any key. You can get secret key from the dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys

I'm not quite sure what you mean. What are you trying to make?

Stripe does not have the visibiliity of how Xero's onboarding process is like. I'd recommend reaching out to Xero Support if it's related to integration with Xero.
