Could you share which Stripe product (e.g. Checkout Session, Payment Link, Payment Element, ... etc) you use and which last page are you referring to?

Also, the URL of the payment page is "https://payments.stripe.com/konbini/voucher/test_...".

I'm afraid last page is not customisable and it won't be redirected to success_url. You can refer to the list of items that can be customised for Konbini here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/konbini/accept-a-payment?platform=checkout#redirect-to-stripe-hosted-voucher-page
