It looks like the above screenshot is not Checkout and instead it looks like you're using Payment Element. In this case, you can pass oder the Payment Methods presented to the user by passing: https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-paymentMethodOrder.
