the first one is it possible to extend the payment deadline for a hold, currently it is seven days?
As far as I know, there are exemptions for extending the hold period but our team on discord wouldn't know about them in detail. I would suggest you reach out to our support about that

the second is a card with no funds, it is possible to make a hold payment to this card?
For card with no funds, the hold would most probably fail
