Gotcha, in that case that user will need to work with our Support team to get their account re-enabled. There is nothing you as the platform can do. And I can't help here with account-specific issues as this is a public channel and we can only help with technical questions about our API

No, then you as the platform would interact with Stripe.
Then the Express user works with Stripe on verification issues
