hi! Checkout, the hosted page, does not support anything like that that I'm aware of. If using https://stripe.com/docs/elements/address-element/collect-addresses on a custom page, it has a split name field option https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_address_element#address_element_create-options-display-name

I am using the hosted checkout page yes, is there a recommended way to deal with this issue?

not really!

#

I suppose if this is a major blocker you can disable shipping address collection in Checkout and collect an address in your own pages before/after the Checkout redirect but obviously that's a worse customer/developer experience
