if you go into the Dashboard and click into one of the webhook endpoint setup e.g. https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks/we_1MMmHXD4KewN9os96NTXRZon

what do you mean - where are you trying to put the url?

WeChat and Alipay don't support capture_method: "manual" that's why it's not showing as a payment method option
