Perfect, we're in the process of building a new website for one of our clients. The client sells caravans which are around $70,000+ aud on average.

The client is looking to add a deposit feature to the website to help lock in their customers during the buying process.

I believe the current thought on the deposit will only be about $200 AUD.

Are we able to use stripe for this feature? Handling the deposit payment process?

Um I think yes? It's totally up to you. You can create a Checkout Page to charge them $200 AUD for a reservation slot, then create another Checkout Page later to charge the rest after they finish buying
