Good question. Trying to think of what that might mean for them.
How long have they been reporting this? Were they basically unable to buy on your site so they visited that to debug?
Yesterday was when it came up to me and was reported. I'll dig into whether or not they have reported it before yesterday. In the meantime, here is a bit more information:
vip1-nw-public.stripe.com: 10 / 10
vip2-nw-public.stripe.com: 10 / 10
js.stripe.com: 0 / 10
b.stripecdn.com: 0 / 10
api.stripe.com: 10 / 10
They wanted to sign up for our subscription services but couldn't so we've been giving them free days until we resolve this.
And so far, it's only this user as far as I know.
It looks like we added some trial days on Dec 06, 2022 for the same user but not much information as to why. Just a generic billing issue comment ๐ .
Hi there ๐ jumping in here. I believe those test requests get executed directly from the browser, are you seeing any entries in the console or networks section of the browser that contains information about the failed requests?
Your avatar made me cackle in the ugliest way.

Let me see if my support folks have that information.
