Did you enable SEPA in your invoice settings? There is a separate set of enabled payment methods for invoices, and those are the ones that Checkout will use in subscription mode https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/invoice

Yes sure. It’s enabled there too

When creating a manual subscription and then send an email to the customer it’s showing like this. But through perfex to checkout it’s showing all except SEPA

But I don’t wanna use stripe for communication with the customer. All the things except checkout should be from crm side

Can you send me the ID of a Checkout session that you created that didn't have SEPA as an available option? I might be able to take a better look at why this is happening in your specific situations.

You can also just print out the object's ID on your server right after it is created

Can you try commenting that line out? I think without that array specified, the Checkout session should default to your account's settings
