Correct, I thought you were asking about individual subscriptions. Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that for every subscription on a specific plan, the easiest way to do that would likely be to iterate through your existing subscriptions and update them in code

I've updated the products anyway and added a new price. But I can't seem to delete the old price.
Once prices have been used, they can't be deleted, but they can still be "archived" which basically prevents any new subscriptions from using them and delists them from the dashboard/API unless you specifically filter for them
