So if you want to issue a refund ahead of the normal 90 day automatic handling period you would need to create a PaymentIntent and then issue a refund

Otherwise we will automatically attempt to refund without that process in 90 days

Okay. So if someone gets trigger happy and sends random money to the account details they are given, we have to create a PI for the money and then refund it
