SMS sending is a part of the Link feature, so if Link is enabled, you should get an SMS. You should double check the phone number, maybe there was a mistake

i have checked and the phone number is correct, maybe it's because i use it in several stripe accounts? we have tried with different phone numbers and we didn't receive in any of them

We don't send the Link SMS codes in test mode. You can just enter any 6 digits AFAIK

I have another question, for link payments, is it saved with email+phone number combination? seems like if i put another email with same phone number it doesn't recognized by link
