Do you see they lost trial day after switching plans on Customer Portal?
yeh
there's no mention of trial days
when switching plans
but I have trial days set on the current plan
Oh I have found it! It's the current expected behavior and sorry we can't preserve the trial via Customer Portal. You would need to either
- Don't give the customer their Customer Portal link until they finish trial
- Don't use Customer Portal but build your own UI and call API directly. This way you can preseve the trial period
