Hi 👋 we aren't too familiar with the reporting capabilities that are offered in this forum (we primarily focus on the API side of integrations), so you may want to check with our Support team to see if there is functionality that they're aware of:

The approach that comes to mind is to iterate through all of your active Subscriptions and extract data from them to build a report, but that sounds like it could be tedious.
