After the upgrade process, a customer can’t be deleted. This is so Stripe can guarantee that funds sent to the virtual account at any point in the future reconcile to the correct customer cash balance.
That customer is upgraded since there was an Invoice in_1MM9gODOkQuZ6Q4MJIye6ZW1 finalised for them that uses the Bank Transfers payment method that you're in a beta for.
I'd suggest reaching out to Stripe Support/your contacts for help with that beta if needed.
To answer the question, not aware of any way to delete a customer in that scenario, no.
