Thanks for sharing, you need to detach that PaymentMethod from the customer using API:
https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_methods/detach

Not sure but, did you try to set the card payment method as default and then see if the delete icon appears on the Bacs PaymentMethod and delete it ?
