From jan 2023, singapore updated GST amouunt 7% to 8%. but we missed to update the product price for subscribed customers. Few of customers payment done on 2nd jan 2023. so we need to revert this payment and need to resend the invoice with new amount.

i think you're going to need to refund those payments, then create a separate new invoice to charge the customers again then

i'd suggest testing things out first to make sure it works as per what you expect
