Not sure I'm following your issue 100%, are you integrating Stripe in your Website, or you are just purchasing items on some website that are using Stripe ?

You should be contacting the maintainer of the Website and ask them why your card is declined

You should be contacting your bank and see why your card is declined I think, or you need to see further with the website maintainer, the declines come mostly from bank not Stripe, because Stripe is a payment gateway and not an issuer

When i enter my otp from my bank boom my cards declined

On other gateways card is working fine

And before some time my card is also working fine on stripe
