I have a stripe integration with Shopify. I would like for our Stripe integration to be updated within Shopify. I want to make it where the payments for orders come in as customer object instead of guests within Stripe

Then you need to reach out to Shopify support directly for this types of questions, or the developer of the plugin.

no we are not using plugin, we integrated this directly as per strip and shopify integration docs
