I suspect that although that transaction has been approved, it's not actually taken affect on the balance yet and is still 'pending' (which isn't reflected via that balance.available event or endpoint)

but then the problem is - we will not get the new balance.available for this transaction ever

so we will not be notified that the balance is below threshold (until new transaction comes)

But seems is it's not reflected on balance.available events

Neither myself nor my colleague are really familiar with Issuing, but both agree that this seems a little unexpected. Can we ask you to write in to our team? That way we can have someone with more Issuing experience take a deeper look and figure out how to get this working for you
